From April 9 to 11, 2026, the 2026 Jiangsu Green and Low-Carbon Building International Expo was grandly held at the Nanjing International Expo Center. Organized by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the exhibition centered on the theme ''Technological Innovation Empowering High-Quality Urban and Rural Development", focusing on cutting-edge fields such as AI + housing and urban-rural construction, high-quality housing development, and green and low-carbon buildings.

Leveraging the world's first digital technology integrating strong and weak current systems, it reshapes the smart standards of "high-quality housing."

The system not only integrates whole-home centralized control, one-touch scene switching, device management, video intercom, and one-key elevator calling, but also innovatively incorporates artistic digital wall design, supporting personalized customization and smart community connectivity.

 

With a total of 111 patent applications, it is committed to transforming residences into living spaces that are safe, comfortable, green, and intelligent.

 

To support the achievement of China's "3060 dual-carbon" goals, Nader's intelligent power distribution system achieves import substitution through technological breakthroughs, providing solid support for the implementation of zero-carbon strategies in enterprise parks.

 

The system adopts an industry-leading cloud-edge collaborative architecture and AI intelligent algorithms to ensure precise identification and early warning of electrical safety risks.

 

Through the NEA digital intelligent switchgear solution, which integrates hardware and software along with an innovative equipment health assessment algorithm, the system ensures safer and more stable power operations. The EX smart energy-carbon solution enables efficient coordination across the "source-grid-load-storage" energy chain, supporting enterprises in energy saving and carbon reduction to achieve dual-carbon targets.

At this exhibition, Nader showcased its complete smart building power distribution and energy management solution—from main distribution rooms and low-voltage distribution cabinets to office areas, commercial shops, EV charging stations, rooftop PV systems, energy storage systems, and property management control centers.

 

The solution integrates concepts such as Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), integration of strong and weak current systems, and integrated delivery solutions, enabling buildings to achieve green, intelligent, and efficient operation.

At the exhibition, Nader highlighted its new-generation NDM3DE Smart Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB).

 

In addition to standard protection functions such as overload, short circuit, short-time delay, and undervoltage, the product also integrates comprehensive monitoring capabilities including current, voltage, power, energy consumption, equipment lifespan, health status, and contact temperature, with energy measurement accuracy comparable to smart meters.
